5. Who lodges the form 15 / form 16 with the certifier? The builder should manage certifier liaison, not push it back to you.
6. What slip-rating finish will the treads receive? An honest answer references AS 4586 and a P4 or P5 rating.
7. What is your workmanship guarantee in years? Industry standard is 6 years 6 months (QBCC requirement). Specialists often offer more.

Red Flags to Avoid
